  • Are prices negotiable?

    At SimpleLots, we strive to offer the best and most competitive prices for our lots and as such can not negotiate prices (though that certainly doesn't stop some people from trying!) You should know, though, that you are getting the best prices and service when you source with SimpleLots!
  • Can I return merchandise?

    Returning merchandise depends on the sellers return policy. Each listing has details on the specifics of that lot. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact sales@simplelots.com
  • Does Simplelots ship to residential addresses?

    Yes, all our suppliers ship to residential and/or business addresses.

  • How can I contact you?

    You can contact us via email at sales@simplelots.com or via live chat on any page of our website.
  • How can I view my orders?

    Both parties get a receipt of the transaction via email. If buyers have any questions on shipping timeframe, tracking numbers, questions or updates they can contact the seller directly through the transaction. (Please do not exchange any personal info such as email, phone numbers other websites)
  • How do I cancel my order?

    If you mistakenly purchased an item, visit your transactions as soon as possible to see if your order can be canceled.
  • How long will it take to get my order?

    We encourage sellers ship in a timely manner which can be within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times can vary on Simplelots due to sellers fulfillment centers and your delivery address.
  • I am afraid to receive too many notification emails, should I still sign-up for the newsletter?

    We will send out a maximum of one email notification per day as we list lots daily. The newsletter allows us to highlight certain featured lots that we believe are great deals for our customers.
  • If I’m unsatisfied with my purchase, what can I do?

    We greatly value manifest and condition accuracy of our lots.
